You do not need a PAYPAL account to use our check out. Just enter your credit card number and we will do the rest.

You may also send us an email (email@example.com) listing the items you wish to purchase and a phone number so we may contact you for payment. Please do not include your credit card information in the email.
7% Sales tax will be charged to Iowa residents.

We will try to process your order quickly! Most orders are shipped USPS, but we will try to find the most economical way to ship your order.
We will adjust your total if the shipping is less than originally calculated. We will never charge you more than the maximum shipping and we do not charge a handling fee for online orders! We treat our online customers as if you walked into the store!
If you are ordering a single item such as a pattern, charm pack, small notion, less than 2 yards of fabric, depending on the size we may have the option to send it first class. We will adjust your final total to reflect the first class shipping.

We will ship to our international customers. The shipping charges are only an estimate and are based on USPS International Priority Mail. If the shipping is greater than originally estimated we will contact you and request additional funds. We will try to ship first class if possible and adjust your final total.
We will use the least expensive method or the shipping method requested by you. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties or taxes. When checking out please advise if you have an alternate preferred shipping method and/or if you wish to purchase tracking and/or insurance. We cannot be responsible for the receipt of international shipping.

WashTub Quilts is pleased to offer our customers free Layaway on any Full Price Quilt Kit that retails for more than $40.00. Layaway will not be available on sale kits, BOMs or during special sales / promotions. Our layaway will offer you a manageable way to purchase a kit without going over your budget. You may also include additional items to help you complete your kit such as books, patterns, notions, and backing.
25% non-refundable deposit, based on the total price of all goods. Total price includes sales tax and shipping if applicable.
The deposit ensures that your name goes on the merchandise and can no longer be sold to another customer, unless the layaway is cancelled.
A monthly payment of $10 is required each month till the layaway is paid in full. We will send you an invoice by the 5th of each month.
If the monthly $10 payment is not made or the layaway is cancelled, the 25% down payment will be forfeited, and the merchandise will be returned to inventory. All other payments will be refunded as store credit.
No price adjustments will be made if any of the merchandise goes on sale.
To put a kit on layaway, add "Layaway" to the notes before adding the kit to the cart, or in the comments section during checkout. Don’t panic, the amount will still display the full amount, but we will adjust your payment to reflect the 25% non-refundable deposit and remove the shipping. If shipping is required, then we will invoice you for the shipping on your final payment.
If you need something gift wrapped and/or sent to a secret sister we will be more than
happy to help you with that.

Returns and Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not happy, please contact us to make arrangements to return the item. A store credit will be issued for the price of the returned item, shipping charges are not refundable. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all books and patterns.
We ask that all returns be done within 30 days of purchase. If applicable, the item must be in the original packaging and in sellable condition.
Please contact us immediately if a product is damaged or received in error.
Please understand that BOMs cannot be returned.
We do not give out or sell any customer information to anyone.
